Privacy and terms
In plain words. The dashboard is private, by invitation: no tracking, no ads, no analytics.
What the dashboard receives
Only what it shows you:
- your projects' and tasks' status, the tasks' titles, descriptions and their history;
- the AIs' questions to you, and a failing check's error lines;
- your projects' settings (their folder on your PC, their check commands) and the assistant's recent activity lines;
- your PC's name, its load, and your weekly AI use;
- which of GitHub, Claude and Codex are signed in on your PC (with your GitHub name), and your projects folder's path;
- your chat with its answers, and the files you attach in the chat;
- your email, to sign in and to receive your alerts.
A proposal's description is at most 1,500 characters. A task's description, an AI's question, an error line or a chat answer may quote a few lines of your code; nothing else of it.
What it never receives
- your project's files and their history;
- the passwords or tokens of your logins (Claude, Codex, GitHub): it shows only which are signed in, and your GitHub name;
- your keys and your passwords, and anything else on your PC.
They never reach this dashboard. Where your code does go: Claude and Codex read the code they work on, under Anthropic's and OpenAI's own terms (your subscription's), and a task in Claude Cloud or Codex Cloud copies the repository into that AI's cloud. The work itself is on your GitHub.
Signing in to an AI or GitHub opens that service's own page on your PC: you can start it from the dashboard, and you finish it at your PC.
Your dashboard password is kept only as a one-way hash. When you choose it, it is checked against leaked passwords with Have I Been Pwned's range service: only the first 5 characters of a fingerprint of it leave the dashboard, never the password.
Your AI subscriptions
They are used only for your own projects, on your own PC (or in your own cloud sessions): never shared, never used for anyone else. An AI stops as soon as paid extra use shows, and never continues on paid credits. An AI signed in with an API key is never used.
What is kept, and for how long
- your account and its data, until it is removed;
- the files you attach in the chat: 30 days.
To leave: Release this PC in Your account (every task's work is then on GitHub), uninstall the assistant from the Start menu, and ask the owner to remove your account: everything of it is deleted.
Who sees it
You. The owner of this dashboard sees your name, your email, your PC's name and when it last reported (to approve and manage accounts), never your projects or your chat. It runs on Railway, and its emails are sent through Resend.
Terms
Free, by invitation. It runs on your own subscriptions, whose own terms apply (Anthropic's for Claude, OpenAI's for Codex). It is provided as it is, without a warranty. You can leave at any time, and the owner may end an access.
Questions: ask the owner who invited you.
